Neonatologist Coverage Needed
Practice Setting: NICU Level III
Reason for Coverage: LOA, loss/decrease time of current staff
Dates of Coverage: beginning May 28th, 2025
How Many Neonatologists in Your Group? 3
How Many Pediatricians in Your Group? Only pediatricians are our current neonatologists
How Many Pediatric Mid-Levels in Your Group? 6 plus 1 per diem
Will Other Neonatologists Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates? No, we have 3 full-time neonatologists
Neonatal Required Procedures:
Nursery Level III/NICU
Ventilation Management
Invasive (ETT)
Non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP)
Chest Tube Insertion
Exchange Transfusions
UAC/UVC placement, LPs
Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues
Insertion of Central Line
Insertion of Arterial Line
Diagnostic/Therapeutic Taps
Submission Requirements
Board Certified - Neonatology/experienced NICU PA - REQUIRED
Active NY License - REQUIRED
Must have experience and be comfortable managing patients independently - REQUIRED
