Job Details :
Dates of Coverage: 3 days/week ongoing through 2025
Reason for Coverage: need coverage for busy clinic
Practice Setting: office based only, no hospital coverage
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-20
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
APP will be working autonomously.
There will be a supervising Physician present during assignment.
Patient Age Demographic: adult and geriatric
Submission Requirements Board Certified (ANCC, AANP NCCPA) - REQUIRED
Active VA License - REQUIRED ; no exceptions
BLS/ACLS - REQUIRED
MUST BE AVAILABLE 3 DAYS/WEEK
CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED
NO NEW GRADS; no exceptions
