Job description
BJC Medical Group at the Highlands is looking for a Family Practice or Internal Medicine APP immediately.
Schedule M-F 8a-430p, no call, no weekends
Practice setting: outpatient primary care
Average number of patients: 15-20
Documentation system/EMR: Epic
APP will not be working autonomously
Collaborating physician will be on-site
Must have minimum 1 year working in the primary care setting (2+ preferred)
Procedures: EKG
Patient demographic: Mostly adult and geriatric, very small percentage of pediatric patients
Estimated credentialing time frame: 30-60 days
Please note:
NO OT
Orientation - 4 hrs paid
Rate cap:
Holiday rate is 1.4x
Expenses:
Hotel - Not to exceed $200/night
Flight - reimbursed coach ticket if distance is > 150 miles
Mileage - reimbursed if distance is Board Certified (FM/IM) - must have minimum 1 year of primary care setting (2+ preferred) -REQUIRED - no exceptions
Active Missouri license - REQUIRED
Covid Vaccinated - REQUIRED
Local candidate - Highly Preferred
