Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 11-15 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Advanced Heart Failure Coverage need is immediate, so will only consider WA licensed providers at this time. Schedule is 7 days inpatient, one week a month. Shifts are Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a Night call will be phone consults only, provider will not be called back in ACLS and BLS are required Heart failure experience or experience as a CICU Nurse is required
