Open dates: 12 shifts per month
Job details:
Patient demographics: 100% Adult
Setting: Hospital - 100% Inpatient; 10% Trauma
Average number of hospital-based patients per locum per day: 10-15
1 physician onsite at a given time; 3 total in group
2 APPs in group
Lab and X-ray facilities on site
EMR: Epic Carepath
Willing to accept: Locum; Locum to Perm; & Perm
Required duties/procedures:
Radiologic exam interpretation (unofficial)
Code stroke response team
Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60 days; pending license and background
Submission requirements:
Board certified PA or NP - REQUIRED
OH License - HIGHLY PREFERRED, willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
ACLS - REQUIRED
ENLS - HIGHLY PREFERRED
