Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
Licenses: Active Louisiana License
Certifications: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS required
Experience: Emergency Medicine training required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as direct report to the Regional Director of NP/PA Services and collaborate with the facility Medical Director.
Support quality initiatives, strategic planning, and clinical performance improvement.
Provide consultative support regarding credentialing, privileging, quality oversight, and risk management.
Facilitate communication between SCP leadership and employed NP/PA clinicians.
Collaborate on financial and operational initiatives, including CDI, chart recovery, RVU trends, MIPS metrics, reimbursement opportunities, budgeting, and cost-savings initiatives.
