Details: Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, rounding on post-op patients, inpatient/ED consults, OR, clinic follow up
Number of Physicians: 2 physicians as of June 2025, 1 eGS acute surgicalist
Number of Advanced Practice Providers: 2
Supervision of APPs expected: Yes, General Surgery eGS acute surgicalist as the supervisor
Nursing Support: 1 clinical staff per Physician
Ancillary Staff per Provider: 2 receptionists per department
Exam Rooms per Provider: 2 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms
Medical Imaging: Yes
Lab & Pharmacy: Yes
Clinic Provider Daily Volume: N/A, mostly all call/trauma/inpatient consult coverage
Average Daily Hospital Practice Census: Mainly consults, current avg hospital census 160 pts/day
Demographics: Hub Hospital, Serve 16 surrounding counties, Population 200,000 +
EMR: EPIC
Teaching Opportunity: IM and FM residency, U of I residency
