Start Date: End Date: Coverage Type: Call Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Inpatient Does Your Facility Require Physicians To Be Board Certified?: Yes Fellowship: Preferred Minimum Board Certification: Eligible What Is The License Requirement To Bid?: Licensed In TX Only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 Days Full Provider Must Be Able To Work These Exact Dates. Per Site: Should Be Able To Utilize This Provider In The Upcoming Months Also. 9/19 – Training Orientation – Exact Time Tbd 9/20 – Begin 7 Am 9/23 – End 7am Provider Would Need To Know EPIC And Have A Clean Malpractice Background They Would Need To Attend Orientation/Training On Our EPIC System The Day Before Assignment For Approx. 4 To 5 Hours Average 30 Deliveries A Month Level 1 Nursery 5 Labor/Delivery/Recovery/Postpartum Suites Anesthesia Providers Available For Pain Relief During Labor
