Job description
Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking an Optometrist for a 26-week locum tenens assignment in Houlton, Maine. The role features a 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, four days per week, serving in a high-volume FQHC/community clinic with two campuses.
Responsibilities include comprehensive eye exams, prescribing corrective lenses, and therapeutic drugs as needed, with charting in Athena EMR and collaboration with support staff. Board certification and a Maine license are preferred.
