Ortho Trauma Call Coverage
Start Date: End Date: Coverage Type: Call Only EMR System: Epic Practice Setting: Inpatient Provider Requires Hospital/Surgery Center Privileges?: No Admissions Required? No Temporary Privileges Available?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified? Yes Patients Per Shift: TBD Facility Requires Physicians to Be Board Certified?: Yes Fellowship: N/A Minimum Board Certification: Certified License Requirement to Bid: Licensed in WA only Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 Days This is a call coverage need for Ortho Trauma. Not required to do pelvic fracture management, but must be comfortable with high acuity, level 1 orthopedic trauma cases. Call coverage for following dates: • Friday, 10/25 at 5pm to Monday, 10/28 at 7am • Tuesday, 12/24 at 7am to Thursday, 12/26 at 7am • Tuesday, 12/31 at 7am to Wednesday, 1/1 at 7
