Job description
Position Overview
This role involves providing inpatient pediatric care in a Level II Neonatal ICU, primarily during night shifts from 6 pm to 8 am, including holidays. The schedule consists of 2 consecutive shifts followed by 1 day off. Responsibilities include admitting 2-5 patients daily, managing approximately pediatric inpatient admissions annually, and handling around 60-80 deliveries per month, with 85-95% routine cases. The role requires performing circumcisions and is strictly inpatient, with no outpatient duties.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in neonatal intensive care and pediatric inpatient management
Ability to handle high patient volumes and deliveries
Competence in performing circumcisions
Strong clinical and decision-making skills for inpatient care
