Details:
Day shifts, M-F with shared night and weekend call of 1:5
Adult and PEDS cases
EMR: Epic
Average number of surgical cases per day: 80-100
Trauma Level 2
20 ORs
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
Submission Requirements
BC or BE (within 5 yrs residency and boards scheduled) - Required
BLS, ACLS PALS - Required
Must be available to cover ALL or MOST of the dates above - Required (notate full availability at time of name clear)
MI license or active IMLC in hand at time of submission - Required
Local drive in providers - Highly Preferred
Clean background with no or minimal malpractice - Required
