Looking to add an Anesthesiologist to the team ASAP!
Providers need to be board certified unless they are within 5 years of residency and have their boards scheduled
All ages: healthy peds, mix of all demographics. Must be comfortable with peds
EMR: Epic
Average number of surgical cases per day: 80-100
Trauma Level 2
20 ORs
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
Submission Requirements BC or BE (w/in 5 yrs residency and boards scheduled) - Required
BLS, ACLS PALS - Required
MI license or IMLC - Required
Must be able to start ASAP - Required
Local drive in providers - Highly Preferred
Clean back ground with no or minimal malpractice - Required
COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
