Spinal Anesthesia
Epidural Anesthesia
Regional Anesthesia
Submission Requirements Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active NY State License (Will accept those willing to obtain)- REQUIRED
Active BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
$25K perm cap - REQUIRED
