Job Details Specialty: Critical Care, Pediatrics Location: Oklahoma City, OK 76092 Schedule: Minimum Monthly Availability Required for Candidate Submittals: 7-10 minimum shifts per month Detailed Shift Explanation: We are seeking APP coverage of our 25 bed cardiac ICU. The shift starts with check out 5 pm and ends at 6:30 am. The APP will be expected to provide first call coverage for 12-13 CICU patients. The Cardiac ICU mostly cares for post operative patients including neonatal surgeries as well as VAD and potentially heart transplant patients. There is in house cardiac ICU physician coverage overnight. Job : Pay: $0-147/Hr Additional Details: Setting: Pediatric ICU Patient Volume for Specified Dept: 25 bed cardiac ICU Main Position duties /Required Procedures: o Performs history and physical assessments of patients that are accurate, complete, concise, relevant and appropriate for age, gender and clinical problem. o Orders appropriate diagnostic studies and correctly interprets results. o Develops, implements, evaluates, and alters the plan of care as needed. o Maintains accurate, complete, concise and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
