The facility delivers structured psychiatric services to an adult population within a dedicated clinical environment. Established protocols are in place to support continuity of inpatient psychiatric care delivery throughout the coverage period. About the Facility Location The area is situated along the Fox River in northeastern Wisconsin and serves as the county seat of Outagamie County, home to Lawrence University. The region offers a range of cultural and entertainment options, including the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, 28 parks, the downtown College Avenue district, and live acoustic music venues. Winters are cold, with January nights averaging around 10 degrees Fahrenheit, while summers are warm, with July highs averaging around 81 degrees Fahrenheit. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management for acute adult patients within the inpatient unit. No call coverage is required for this assignment.
