Quick Facts Location: Hermantown, MN Start Date: 09/30/2026 Shift: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 3 consecutive shifts Hours per Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Experience: Preferred minimum 1 years in urgent care or emergency settings Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00/hour (orientation at $125/hour; OT after 11 hours or more) Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide immediate care to walk-in patients in an urgent care setting Evaluate, diagnose, and treat minor injuries and illnesses Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient management Document patient visits accurately using electronic health records Ensure conformance to healthcare standards and protocols Maintain a high level of patient care and safety What You Need Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Minnesota or active compact license Minimum 1 year of relevant urgent care or emergency medicine experience Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, triage, and treatment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Prior urgent care or walk-in clinic experience Emergency/urgent care certifications or additional training About the Assignment Work at a reputable facility in Hermantown, Minnesota, providing urgent care services in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
