Description:
We have a new locum opportunity for an Endocrinologist.
The role involves seeing endocrinology and diabetes patients in an ambulatory outpatient clinic setting.
Physicians will manage hospital discharge patients, new patient consultations, and follow-up visits.
The expected patient volume is 16-20 patients per day, four days per week.
Flexibility is available between 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts.
There is no call or weekend work required.
The facility provides specialized endocrinology care and comprehensive diabetes management.
Certified Diabetes Educators are available on-site to assist patients with education and management.
The role includes guidance on insulin pathways and diabetes technology.
Candidates with experience in using EMR are preferred.
