Night shift coverage -- 7 pm - 7 am
Sporadic pool coverage -- averaging 5 - 10 open nights per month
10 - 12 admits per night with 50 cross-coverage patients
Hospital setting
No procedures required -- ED handles codes
Leave coverage opportunity
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
