Practice Setting: Inpatient rounding, admitting, and consulting
Start Month: May 2025 (with credentialing)
Shift Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (no call)
Patient Population: Inpatient Oncology unit – both oncology and hematology patients
Support Staff: No APP coverage; outpatient oncologists available for support/questions
Inpatient Coverage: Yes
Supervision Responsibilities: No
EMR System: EPIC
Responsibilities: Treating oncology and hematology patients, administering medication
Credentialing Requirements (Must Have at Acceptance)
MD diploma
Internship/residency/fellowship certificates
All medical licenses
DEA
Board Certification
BLS (Life Support Certification)
Current & previous certificates of insurance
Driver's license
Professional color photo/headshot
CMEs from the past two years
Immunization records (TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, COVID)
References

Submission Requirements
Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Medical Oncology/Hematology (IM with experience no longer considered) Idaho state license in hand CSR, DEA, BLS – REQUIRED Availability at the time of name clear Clean background/malpractice history Local candidates preferred (no flights provided) COVID vaccination required to work at this facility
