Provider Type: Physician Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus EMR System: Cerner Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient Patients Per Shift: 12 Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Fellowship: Required Minimum Board Certification: Eligible Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30 What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in MT only Coverage dates: April 23 5PM night call through Sunday April 28 7AM June 20 at 5pm to 27th @ 7am Will need ongoing coverage until a perm provider is hired. Cath Lab/STEMI Coverage Call Night /Weekend - Yes What support staff is available - Full service (nurses/techs/MAs, etc.) Age of patients - Varies Inpatient /Outpatient - Both Is Fellowship required- Yes Procedures and Additional Details: Will the Interventional locum perform electives as well as STEMI? Yes Will night call be general and interventional or just STEMI? Both Scope of Practice: Outpatient - Cardiology-Preferred Inpatient - Cardiology Required Non-invasive-Preferred Invasive cardiology - diagnostic only- Required Invasive cardiology - Interventional- Required Electrophysiology- Not required
