Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Asheville, NC Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 6 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Anesthesiology-CV Anesthesia MD (797) State NC Location 509 BILTMORE AVENUE, ASHEVILLE, NC 28801 Requirements Current Need: 2-4 FT nocturnist anesthesia MDs Shifts: All shifts are 5p-8a inhouse every night of the week including weekends. There are no call shifts. PAWS ID 7/1/2026 - 9/30/2026 Duration: 6 months possibly longer until able to backfill MD positions with W2 employees. Please submit NC licensed candidates. Does physician need Board Certification: BE or BC Average Number of general cases per month: Case Mix: Busy OB trauma designated stroke center vascular neuro urology ortho Must be able to do peripheral nerve blocks Describe the make-up of support staff: 1 MD:3 CRNA or 1 MD:4 CRNA Care Team Model: Yes mainly supervisory but MDs may have the occasional opportunity to work their own cases.
