The facility functions under a care team model that integrates CRNAs and CAAs under anesthesiologist supervision, providing a collaborative clinical environment. Multiple operating room locations contribute to a diverse and active practice setting. About the Facility Location Austin, Texas offers a range of activities suited to diverse interests. The area features family-oriented experiences such as farm activities and interactive science exhibits, as well as outdoor recreation including ziplining, kayaking, and hiking and biking trails around Lady Bird Lake. Cultural attractions, escape rooms, immersive art exhibits, and guided city tours complement the area's recreational offerings, and day trips to nearby natural sites such as Enchanted Rock and Hamilton Pool provide additional options for outdoor excursions. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Austin, Texas, with shift options of 8, 10, and 12 hours; regular hours are required, with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks per month. The surgical case mix includes General, OB, Neuro, Ortho, Pediatrics, and Cardiac procedures, within an active L&D environment. The position operates under a care team model alongside CRNAs and CAAs, with the anesthesiologist providing supervision across multiple facilities. Board certification is required for all clinicians in this role, and no call coverage is required.
