Locum tenens anesthesiologist coverage is sought on an ASAP ongoing basis, with a minimum commitment of two weeks per month. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Richmond Hills, NY, working Monday through Friday on 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. The surgical case mix includes bread-and-butter procedures, trauma, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and interventional neuro radiology; cardiac cases are excluded. Clinicians must be available to cover one in-house 24-hour weekend call shift per month, with no post-call day off provided. Board certification is required, and temporary privileges are granted on a case-by-case basis once the credentialing file is complete.
