Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Fort Myers, FL Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: H-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Cardiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Fort Myers, Florida Coverage Period: Nov 16, 2026 – Jun 30, 2027 Shift Schedule: Rounding, 8a – 5p Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 15–20 patients per day Case Mix: Non-Invasive Cardiology Rounding: Included JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE in Cardiology Licenses: Active FL License required DEA / CDS: Active DEA required Experience: Residency trained in Cardiology required Other Qualifications: Clean NPBD report required; Lee Attestation form required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide inpatient cardiology coverage at Health Park Medical Center, Gulf Coast Medical Center, and Cape Coral Hospital. Perform rounding duties typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Manage high patient volume, approximately 15–20 patients per shift. Provide call coverage as needed, including overnight shifts from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
