Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Longview, WA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State WA Location 1615 Delaware St, Longview, WA, Requirements Client has 8hrs of Non-Billable hours for orientation hours REQ Number: Provider Type: MD/DO Specialty: Cardiology General Cardiology FTE needed: 1.0 Daily Shift Standard 8hr or 12hr : 8 hours Expected duration of assignment: 6 months Reason for opening: Gap in coverage Secondary Location: PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center Cardiology Clinic 1615 Delaware Street Longview WA 98632 Cost Center: Schedule /Shift hours: call Type of privileges clinic/hospital/both: Both Setting: Inpatient Outpatient or Both?: Both If Inpatient of beds: 134 Call requirement: Yes 1:6 1 week every 6th week Mon-Fri evening weeknight call and then 24 hour weekend call Saturday and Sunday Rounding admissions or none?: Both Patient demographics: 18 Average patients per day: 13 Required Procedures: The need is General Cardiology pending details on procedures Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs: Applicant must provide documentation case list of provision of surgical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. Case list must include diagnosis or procedure and date and facility where performed. Will provider work solo? If not other providers specialties working with them: No Licensed Candidate: Yes/No: Yes Washington license is required in order to meet our start date. Open to IMLC if LOQ is in hand.
