Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Murrells Inlet, SC Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: H-MD- Profession: Physician Specialty: Non-Invasive Cardiology Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Murrells Inlet, South Carolina Coverage Period: Nov 09, 2026 – Ongoing Shift Schedule: 7 days per month (7am Monday to 7am Monday) Reason for Coverage: Backfill FTE Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Average Daily Volume: 90-100 patients per day (Waccamaw) Case Mix: General Cardiology, including TEE, cardioversions, stress test supervision Rounding: Included FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE Hospital Privileges Required: Yes REQUIRED PROCEDURES TEE Cardioversions Supervise Stress Tests JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC/BE in Cardiology (Non-Invasive) Licenses: Active South Carolina Medical License required DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general cardiology consultations and round on inpatients at MUSC-Waccamaw. Perform TEE, cardioversions, and supervise stress tests. Take call during the seven-day coverage period, including night and weekend call at Georgetown. Manage weekend stress testing at TGMH (Georgetown) on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Coordinate with interventional cardiologist for STEMI patient admissions.614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
