Doctor of Medicine | Cardiology - General/Other Location: Omaha, NE Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A healthcare system serving the Omaha, Nebraska region is seeking a Locums Cardiology Physician to provide inpatient and outpatient general cardiology coverage. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with the potential for limited night call in a collaborative, well-supported practice. Position Highlights Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Potential Night Call: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM EMR: Epic Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions Perform and interpret Echocardiograms (ECHO) and Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE) Develop treatment plans and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams Document patient encounters using Epic Participate in night call coverage as needed Qualifications Board Certified in Cardiology Active Nebraska and Iowa medical licenses required Current DEA registration Current ACLS and BLS certifications Strong experience in general cardiology, ECHO, and TEE614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
