Quick Facts: Location: Walla Walla, WA Start Date: 09/29/2026 Duration: Long-term assignment Schedule: 8-hour clinic days, weeknight and 24-hour weekend call (Monday through Friday with weekly call) Shift: Clinic hours 7a-5p (no lunch breaks) Hours per week: 40 Employment Type: Locum Licensing: Active or IMLC, DEA license required Experience: BC in Internal Medicine with Cardiology specialization, inpatient or outpatient experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (rate to be filled out on bid) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient cardiology consultation and follow-up care Manage call coverage, including weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend calls Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care Perform diagnostic testing and interpret results (invasive cardiology preferred but not required) Contribute to long-term patient management plans Document patient visits and communicate findings effectively Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements What You Need: Active or IMLC license in Washington DEA license BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum of BC in internal medicine with cardiology experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team About the Assignment: This assignment offers a comprehensive outpatient and call coverage role in a reputable facility. The schedule includes regular clinic hours and weekly on-call responsibilities, including night and weekend shifts. Invasive cardiology experience, including diagnostic catheterization, is preferred but not required. The facility values clean files and professional collaboration for a successful placement.
