Coverage Need: Approximately 8-10 shifts per month

Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements
MD or DO degree required
At least 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience required
Must be comfortable working night shifts only
Ability to remain flexible with shift coverage needs
Willingness to support consecutive shift coverage when needed
Commitment to providing dependable, high-quality inpatient care
Responsibilities
Provide overnight Emergency Medicine coverage for inpatient care needs
Deliver timely evaluation, treatment, and management of patients
Adapt to varying coverage needs based on patient volume and scheduling demands
Work collaboratively with the care team to support smooth overnight operations
Maintain a patient-first approach while delivering efficient clinical decision-making
Help ensure continuity of care during night shift coverage
