Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Cariboue, ME Employer: WhiteCoat Locums Pay: $270 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Emergency Medicine Physician Assignment Details • Location: Caribou, Maine • Start Date: August 24, 2026 • Duration: Initial 13-week assignment • Practice Setting: Emergency Department Compensation: $270/hr Schedule • Day and night shifts available • Day Shift: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM • Night Shift: 5:30 PM-6:30 AM Coverage Dates • August 24-28 (Nights) • September 4 (Day) • September 12-13 (Days) • September 15 (Night) • October 14-16 (Days) Clinical Details • Level II Trauma Center • 65-bed hospital • Emergency Department with 1 trauma room and 11 exam rooms • Annual ED Volume: Approximately 16,000 visits • Patient Population: Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics • Major trauma, cardiac, neurosurgical, and other critical patients are transferred to a tertiary care center • EMR: CPSI Requirements • ABEM Board Certified • Active Maine medical license or willingness to obtain one • BLS and ACLS certifications • DEA required • Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred Credentialing • Orientation includes training completed both prior to arrival and onsite614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
