Coverage: Day and night coverage available
Patient Volume: Approximately 1.5-2 patients per hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $5,870-$6,950
Orientation: 2 shadow days with Meditech training
Openings: 1 position
Job Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine preferred
Physicians with alternative board certification and Emergency Medicine experience may be considered
New graduates are welcome to apply
Ability to work as a single coverage Emergency Department physician
Comfort treating a mostly adult patient population
Willingness to work in a busy emergency department environment
Case logs may be required if not ABEM
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care in a single-coverage setting
Evaluate and manage a broad range of adult emergency medicine cases
Work efficiently in a busy ED with 18 bays
Collaborate with ER support staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Admit patients as clinically appropriate
Document care accurately in Meditech
Maintain a patient-centered approach while supporting a high-demand department
