Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Bartow, FL Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Bartow Regional Medical Center-EM-AP-Physician-0005 State FL Location 2200 Osprey Blvd Bartow Florida 33830 Requirements Facility Overview Annual ED Volume: 36,000 Coverage Model: 12-hour MD Coverage ED Beds: 16 EMR: Cerner Position Requirements Seeking ABEM candidates with active Florida licensure, DEA, and November availability. Will also consider FM or IM physicians with Emergency Medicine experience. AAPS/ABPS candidates will not be accepted. Qualifications Licensure Active, unrestricted Florida Medical License Active DEA with Florida address Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, & 5 required Board Certification BE/BC Emergency Medicine preferred Will accept BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with EM experience AAPS/ABPS not accepted Required Certifications ATLS (unless ABEM certified) ACLS PALS Additional Requirements Flu vaccination within the last 12 months TB screening within the last 12 months COVID documentation Case logs from the past 2 years CME documentation from the past 2 years Comfortable performing all DOP-listed procedures Malpractice coverage: $1M/$3M Candidate Profile ABEM candidates with November availability preferred Must possess active Florida license and DEA Emergency Medicine experience required for FM/IM candidates Must meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements outlined above Schedule Dates Needed T00:00:0000:00 - Alumni Healthcare Staffing offers: Weekly Direct Deposits Travel and Lodging Provided if Needed A Rated Malpractice Coverage 24/7 Availability of your Recruiting Consultant & Credentialing Staff If you have availability for this job or are interested in other opportunities, please send an updated CV or contact me today.
