Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Brownsville, TX Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Valley Baptist Medical Center - Brownsville-AP-Physician-0008 State TX Location 1040 West Jefferson St Brownsville Texas 78520 Requirements Accepting IMLC Required for Presentation (All Facilities) "Education/Training: Completed Residency in EM through ACGME or AOA accredited Clinical Experience: 15,000 patients in ED annually License: Active unrestricted TX Medical License and DEA License with TX address along w/ schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4 & 5The facility will not process clinicians with any disciplinary actions, sanctions, or other adverse findings associated with their licenses. Board Certification: BC/BE in EM within five years of completion from last accredited program Merit Badge: EM Boarded must provide proof of having ATLS at least once. Immunizations: TB or Chest XrayFlu VaccineCovid VaccineMMRHep BVaricellaTdap Case Log: Case logs for past 2 years that includes the facility name and dates of reporting period. CME/CEU: CMEs for the past 2 years to include 4 hours of Stroke and 4 of Trauma to be kept up annually Specific Facility Procedures: ACLS required if conscious sedation privilege requested OR completion of Sedation Quiz.
