Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Eureka, CA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State CA Location 2700 Dolbeer St, Eureka, CA 95501 Requirements LOCUM | Eureka, CA | Emergency Medicine Please present candidates with 2-3 reference options for a reference check by the medical director. Please ensure this is included on the bid. MD's name, email and phone number. If provider has a clean file, they may be able to cover December dates. Physicians with large settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions, terminations, Medical Board actions, etc. are not eligible for temporary privileges. If not, they will start in January. Offering pilot program where providers could be eligible for an increased bill rate ($400 per hour, $425 per hour (for nights)) if they can pick up 5-7 shifts or more a month consistently. This would be added to other details of confirmations if eligible. SCHEDULE • Coverage Type: Inpatient • Schedule Type: Hospital only • Call Type: N/A • Dates of Need: Dec 2026 attached, working on 2027 • Shift Times: 3p-12a, 8a-4p, 1p-11p, 9p-6a, 11p-8a • Lunch N/A Although no OT is expected and should be pre-approved by the medical director. We will be offering a $25 per hour incentive for night shifts confirmed for providers. All day shifts will stay at our contracted rates. Please present the provider at the contracted rates and we will ensure this is tied to confirmed providers confirmation agreements. • Provider Min Shifts Required: specific shifts will vary • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 8 • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 per day • Rates to be Filled Out on Bid: Clinic : Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday CREDENTIALING • Current CV (must be uploaded to bid) • License: Active CA license • DEA Required: Yes • Boards: BC or BE within 3-5 years of residency • Skills/Certs: • Other: ABEM/ABEOM certified (Will not accept ABIM/ABFM) Attached is a new privileging form that will set expectations for what is needed once a provider is confirmed. ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Average number of patients in 24hrs is 110.
