This opportunity requires providers who can meet all credentialing and onboarding requirements with no pending items. Qualification RequirementsEducation & TrainingMust have completed residency training in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).Clinical ExperienceMinimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in the requested specialty.LicensureActive, unrestricted Mississippi medical license.Active DEA registration with Mississippi address and Schedules II, IIN, III, IIIN, IV, and V.Board Certifications Acceptable certifications: ABEMABFMABIMAOBEMAOBFMAOBIM Not accepted: APBS/ABPSRequired CertificationsACLS (AHA only)ATLSPALSBLS required unless EM boardedCredentialing Requirements Providers must furnish: Current CV (month/year format)Mississippi Medical LicenseMississippi DEADriver's LicenseSocial Security CardDiplomaResidency CertificateBoard Certificate or Eligibility Letter (if applicable)Case logs from the past 2 yearsCME/CEU documentation for the past 2 yearsMalpractice coverage history and current certificatesmmunization RequirementsCOVID VaccineCurrent Flu VaccineVaricella: 2 doses or positive titerMMR: 2 doses or positive titersTdap within the last 10 yearsHepatitis B: 3-dose series and positive titerTB testing completed 0–30 days prior to start&SchedulePhysician Shifts: 6a–6p and 6p–6aStaffing Model: 24 MD hours/dayNo call requirementAnnual Volume: 17,200Average Patients Per Day: 47 Coverage Model EM is 12 hours on Mondays, 10 hours Tues, Wed, Thurs.
