Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Hendersonville, TN Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 3 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Hendersonville, Tennessee Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity 12-Hour Shifts • Long-Term Need • APP Support • Level III Trauma Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking ABEM Emergency Medicine Physicians for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Hendersonville, Tennessee . This is a long-term, approximately one-year coverage need with an ASAP start and a rotational schedule across morning, mid, and night shifts. Physicians will join an established emergency department seeing approximately 52,000 visits annually , with APP support and physician productivity averaging approximately 1.8–2.3 patients per hour , depending on shift. Opportunity Highlights ASAP start Approximately 1-year coverage need 12-hour shifts Morning, mid, and night rotations Approximately 52,000 ED visits annually Approximately 1.8–2.3 patients per hour 1–2 Emergency Medicine physicians plus APP support Level III Trauma Center Certified Primary Stroke Center Accredited Chest Pain Center 159-bed acute-care hospital Clinical Scope This is a broad Emergency Medicine practice with physicians evaluating and managing the typical range of acute presentations encountered in a community emergency department. Standard Emergency Medicine presentations Standard ED procedures Average-acuity patient population Nursing and technician support APP coverage Specialty consultation available as clinically appropriate Requirements MD or DO ABEM required Active Tennessee license or ability to obtain one Comfortable with standard Emergency Medicine procedures New graduates will be considered Emergency privileges may be available for qualifying clean files, subject to credentialing review.
