Schedule:
~10 shifts/month (mix of evenings, days, and nights; nights preferred)
Shift Options:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Setting:
Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department
EMR:
Epic
⚕️ Clinical Details:
Patient Volume:
20–24 patients/day (~2.5–3 patients/hour)
Beds:
25
Patient Population:
All ages (approx. 14% pediatrics)
Work in a
resource-limited setting
with limited onsite specialty support—ideal for physicians confident in autonomous decision-making
Experience in
rural or community emergency settings
is highly valued
✅ Requirements:
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Active
Massachusetts license
ACLS certification
DEA required
Minimum
1 year of experience
