Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Osage Beach, MO Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Osage Beach, Missouri Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity Regional hospital emergency department in Osage Beach, Missouri • Level III Trauma Center • 35 ED beds Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Emergency Medicine physicians for an ongoing locum tenens assignment supporting a regional hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. This role involves providing emergency care at a Level III Trauma Center with a 35-bed emergency department, including trauma and pediatric procedures, fast-track support, and moonlighting opportunities. Providers will work within a modern environment utilizing Meditech and Dragon EMR systems, with dedicated trauma bays and pediatric rooms to support a broad spectrum of emergency cases. For Emergency Physicians seeking a short-term, high-volume clinical environment with comprehensive support and trauma experience, this opportunity offers a balanced schedule and long-term scheduling stability in a scenic Missouri community. Opportunity Highlights Location: Osage Beach, Missouri Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Regional hospital emergency department Coverage: 12-hour shifts, Fri-Mon and Tues-Thurs, approximately 36-48 hours/week Duration: Starting 09/01/2025 - Ongoing Schedule & Coverage 12-hour shifts, Fri-Mon and Tues-Thurs Approximately 36-48 hours weekly Clinical Scope Emergency medicine patient care at a Level III Trauma Center Trauma procedures and pediatric care support Fast-track patient flow involving advanced practitioners Use of Meditech and Dragon EMR systems ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications required for all providers Management of a broad emergency case mix, including trauma and pediatric patients Requirements Valid Missouri medical license (in hand) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with 3 years ER experience for FP/IM Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS (in hand) Current Missouri DEA and Controlled Substance registration MD degree (preferred) Active and unrestricted medical license in Missouri Why Physicians Move on This Supportive Level III Trauma Center environment Short-term, flexible assignment with moonlighting options Modern EMR systems and trauma protocols Ongoing scheduling opportunities in a scenic Missouri community Rhino Medical is leading the charge.
