Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Overland Park, KS Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 3 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Overland Park, Kansas Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity Level II Trauma • ~36,500 Annual ED Visits • Physician APP Coverage • Kansas City Metro Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for a locum tenens opportunity in Overland Park, Kansas . This opportunity places you in a well-supported, hospital-based Emergency Department serving approximately 36,500 patients annually , with substantial physician and APP coverage and the resources of a Level II Trauma environment. Opportunity Highlights Emergency Medicine physician locum tenens opportunity Overland Park, Kansas – Kansas City metro Approximately 36,500 annual ED visits Level II Trauma environment Approximately 36–37 hours of physician coverage daily Approximately 32 hours of APP coverage daily Established physician APP care model Broad hospital and specialty resources supporting the ED Clinical Environment Practice in a full-service hospital Emergency Department caring for a diverse adult and pediatric population. The hospital provides significant resources behind the ED, including advanced cardiac and stroke services, inpatient care, surgical specialties, and women’s and pediatric services. The overlapping physician and APP coverage model provides meaningful clinical support within a busy hospital-based emergency medicine practice.
