This Olympic Peninsula opportunity combines 10 shifts per month , a well-supported physician/APP coverage model and a medium-high acuity Emergency Department. 21-bed Level III Trauma ED with 27,483 annual visits, 67 hospital beds, 10 ICU beds and Epic Opportunity Highlights October–February coverage w/ extension possibilities 10 shifts/month available 12-hour physician shifts 6A–6P | 2P–2A | 6P–6A ~27,500 annual ED visits 21-bed Emergency Department Level III Trauma 36 HOURS/DAY PHYSICIAN COVERAGE 24 HOURS/DAY APP COVERAGE Medium-high acuity Epic EMR Daily physician APP coverage 24/7 radiology, CT and ultrasound; bedside ultrasound available Coverage Model Day physician: 6A–6P Swing physician: 2P–2A Night physician: 6P–6A APP coverage: 8A–8P 11A–11P Physicians provide APP supervision Requirements Active Washington license DEA BC/BE Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or General Surgery Recent Emergency Medicine experience ACLS, PALS & ATLS as applicable ATLS waived for ABEM-certified physicians If you're looking for consistent 12-hour EM coverage on Washington's Olympic Peninsula , send your CV availability to Rhino Medical today.
