Position Overview Provide emergency department coverage in a high volume acute care setting. Work Environment Annual ED volume: approximately 46,000 EMR: Medhost Required Qualifications Active Louisiana medical license Active Louisiana DEA registration and controlled substance registration as required Board eligible or board certified in Emergency Medicine Certifications ACLS ATLS PALS Benefits Malpractice insurance coverage Weekly electronic pay Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
