Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Vorhees Township, NJ Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Voorhees, New Jersey Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens 58K Annual ED Volume | 25 Shifts/Month | Days, Swings & Nights Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking ABEM/AOBEM Emergency Medicine Physicians for a long-term locum tenens opportunity in Voorhees, New Jersey , beginning December 31, 2026 . With approximately 25 locum shifts available each month , this is a substantial ongoing need—not sporadic coverage. Physicians will join an established physician and NP/PA staffing model in a 30-bed Emergency Department seeing approximately 58,000 patients annually , with day, swing and overnight shifts available. Schedule & Coverage Start: December 31, 2026 Long-term need anticipated for 6 months Approximately 25 locum shifts per month Day, swing and night coverage available Physician shifts: 7a–6p 11a–9p 12p–10p 2p–12a 10p–7a Multiple overlapping physician shifts throughout the day NP/PA coverage: 10a–8p 4p–2a Emergency Department 58,000 annual ED visits 30 ED beds Approximately 2.2 patients per hour Physician NP/PA staffing model Epic EMR No trauma designation No scribe services Physicians provide NP/PA supervision Requirements Emergency Medicine residency training ABEM or AOBEM board certification/eligibility FM and IM-trained physicians are not accepted 1–3 years of Emergency Medicine experience Active New Jersey medical license required before credentialing can begin Board-eligible physicians must remain within 5 years of eligibility Board-certified EM physicians are exempt from the life-support certification requirements Board-eligible physicians require AHA ACLS, AHA PALS and ATLS Credentialing Temporary privileges are available , depending on file readiness and coverage need Application processing cannot begin with a pending New Jersey license Cross-credentialing at additional affiliated New Jersey locations is expected Why Providers Choose Rhino Medical Weekly direct deposit AAA-rated malpractice coverage Concierge credentialing support Dedicated recruiter Transparent scheduling and onboarding Long-term relationship and continued assignment opportunities If you're an ABEM/AOBEM Emergency Medicine physician looking for substantial, long-term coverage with 25 shifts available each month, multiple shift options, Epic and dedicated NP/PA support , connect with Rhino Medical to discuss your availability.
