Quick Facts Location: Gilroy, CA 95020 Start Date: 11/24/2025 End Date: 05/25/2026 Shift: Day, 8 hours (10:00 – 19:00) Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract (13-26 weeks) License/Certs: CA Medical License, DEA, BLS (required), Board Certification preferred but not required Experience: 2 Years Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $170.43 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult populations Perform routine exams, health assessments, and manage common acute and chronic conditions Document patient encounters efficiently using EPIC EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care Contribute to mobile clinic activities and community outreach programs Adhere to all safety, clinical, and confidentiality standards What You Need Arizona Medical License (in-hand) DEA license BLS certification 2 years of family practice experience Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working with diverse age groups Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach About the Assignment Join a dedicated outpatient clinic team serving a diverse population at a leading healthcare facility in Gilroy, CA. The role involves both on-site brick-and-mortar clinics and mobile health services, offering flexible work environments and a chance to impact community health directly. An intensive one-week orientation is required for onboarding.
