Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Jay, OK Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a dynamic healthcare team in Jay, Oklahoma . This role involves providing comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic care management. Location: Jay, OK Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Flexibility required for nights, weekends, and holidays) ⚕️ Position: Level 1 Physician – Primary Care Key Responsibilities: ✅ Examine, diagnose, and treat patients ✅ Obtain and review medical histories ✅ Prescribe medications and treatment plans ✅ Manage acute and chronic medical conditions ✅ Deliver high-quality patient-centered care ✅ Maintain accurate medical documentation Requirements ✔ Board Certified Physician (BC) ✔ Minimum 1 year of Primary Care experience ✔ Active Oklahoma License OR Active IMLC with OK licensure application submitted at presentation ✔ BLS Certification ✔ ACLS Certification ✔ PALS Certification ✔ Comfortable treating patients of all ages ✔ Ability to see approximately 2.5–3 patients per hour ✔ OBDNN Required ✔ NPDB Required ✔ Malpractice Disclosure Required ✔ Attestation Required Benefits ✨ Competitive Compensation ✨ Consistent Monday–Friday Schedule ✨ Opportunity to serve a diverse patient population ✨ Collaborative Healthcare Environment ✨ Meaningful Community Impact614ebcce-2988-4a21-9a10-1fc0c5beffbb
