Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician
for outpatient coverage in
Petoskey and Rogers City, MI .
⭐ Opportunity Highlights Petoskey / Rogers City, Michigan Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM Approximately
20 patients/day Patient Population:
Newborn–Geriatric Outpatient Primary Care ⚕️ Dedicated
MA + PAR support
for each provider Cerner EMR
Clinical Scope
Adult & Pediatric Primary Care
Pelvic Exams & Pap Smears
EKG Interpretation
Full-spectrum Family Medicine
✅ Requirements
Board Certified in Family Medicine – REQUIRED
Active Michigan license in hand – REQUIRED
Current Family Medicine experience
Must be local to Michigan
Current-month
Self-Query NPDB required at presentation
Must be comfortable treating patients from
newborns through geriatrics
