Doctor of Medicine | Gastroenterology Location: Cooperstown, NY Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Bassett Medical Center - Physician Services-AP-Physician-0061 State NY Location 1 Atwell Rd Cooperstown New York 13326 Requirements Bassett Medical Center (BMC) – Cooperstown, NY Gastroenterologist needed - URGENT MUST BE BC IN GIMUST HAVE ACTIVE NY LICENSURE Start Date: Week of 11/8/26 (will need to complete orientation prior to first shift on 11/13. Dates of Coverage Needed: November 13 – November 19 December 4 – December 8 December 16 – December 17 Ongoing every 4th week thereafter End Date: Ongoing Board Certification in Gastroenterology required Shift Times: Call coverage only; no clinic responsibilities On call - how many times called in per week (if applicable): Call after hours 8AM – Friday to 8AM Friday – to be on call for phone consults Procedures: 7:30AM - 4PM round on inpatient consultsWeekdays: APC takes first call for day shiftWeekend: First call is attending – only needs to come in for urgent procedures Are Procedures Required? If so, what procedures are required?: Yes: call and outpatient.
