Job Requirements
Board certified or board eligible anesthesiologist
Clinical experience preferred; new graduates may be considered
Cardiac fellowship training preferred
TEE certification required
Ability to supervise CRNAs in a care team model
Comfort working across a broad mix of anesthesia cases, including trauma, cardiac, GI, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, general surgery, bariatrics, and NICU-related coverage
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia coverage across a diverse surgical and procedural case mix
Supervise 1 to 3 ORs under a care team model
Support daytime, restricted, and unrestricted call coverage as scheduled
Collaborate with CRNAs and the broader perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
Deliver care for high-acuity and specialty cases in a busy hospital environment
Maintain a patient-centered approach while adapting to rotating clinical needs
