Job Details Position Type: Locum tenens Anesthesiologist Location: Webster, Texas (Greater Houston area) Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,760 - $3,220 Start Date: November 1, 2026 Duration: 24 weeks Shift Duration: 12-hour days Schedule: Monday through Friday with weekend call coverage as needed Practice Setting: Large tertiary surgical program with obstetric coverage and dedicated cardiovascular call support Job Requirements Board certified or board eligible Anesthesiologist At least 1 year of anesthesiology experience preferred; motivated new graduates may be considered Comfortable working in a physician-led care-team model with CRNAs Ability to support a flexible schedule across multiple facilities as needed Strong clinical judgment, patient safety focus, and excellent communication skills Responsibilities Provide anesthesiology coverage for a busy surgical services program in the Houston metro area Supervise 1 to 3 ORs under a collaborative care-team model Support a mix of scheduled daytime shifts, restricted call, and unrestricted call coverage Provide obstetric anesthesia coverage and support overnight call when assigned Collaborate with CRNAs, surgeons, and perioperative teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care Contribute to a safe, patient-centered environment across a broad range of cases Apply now to explore this locum tenens anesthesiology opportunity in Webster, Texas, just outside Houston.
