Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $3,070 - $3,580 Start Date: 11/1/2026 Duration: 24 weeks Hours per Week: 40 Shift Duration: 8-hour days Schedule: Monday through Friday with daytime coverage, overnight call from home, and weekend call from home as needed Practice Environment: Large tertiary surgical program with obstetric anesthesia coverage and cardiovascular call support Care Model: Supervision of 1 to 3 operating rooms within a collaborative anesthesia care team model Job Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology Active physician licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Texas Experience preferred; motivated new graduates are welcome to apply Strong clinical skills in a broad anesthesia practice Comfort working in a collaborative setting with CRNAs and surgical teams Ability to provide coverage for daytime cases, overnight call, and weekend call Responsibilities Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a broad surgical case mix Supervise CRNAs and support a care team model in the operating room Manage daytime anesthesia coverage and participate in call coverage Support obstetric anesthesia needs and complex tertiary care cases Collaborate with surgeons, CRNAs, and support staff to ensure efficient perioperative workflows Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on safety, communication, and professionalism Apply now for this locum tenens anesthesiologist opportunity in Webster, TX, and join a collaborative Texas healthcare team today.
